The Equipping and Training Ministry endeavors to train, equip, impart, and release/loose the Saints to do the work of ministry so that the body of Christ can be built up. This is accomplished through means such as: Discipleship classes (for new disciples); church weekly Bible studies; monthly Teaching, Training & Equipping Seminars; conferences and retreats.  The monthly seminars are also training arenas for new teachers to practice their skills and abilities.

To help increase their ability to serve in various ministries, Saints are encouraged to go through Inner Healing sessions when needed, purchase and read books from the onsite bookstore and, also, to use the annual Bible reading plans that are available to members and visitors.

Foundational to this ministry is the scripture recorded at Ephesians 4:11-13.
