Usher Ministry

The Usher Ministry’s purpose is to warmly welcome worshipers and visitors by opening the doors into the sanctuary and assisting in seating them after they enter the sanctuary.  We give them a service bulletin and any other flyers or materials.  It’s important that we keep our eyes and ears open during service in order to quickly and quietly respond to any needs.  Also, we keep the safety of the congregation foremost and stay alert to maintain a safe environment for worship. This ministry meets on the 1^st. Monday of every month at 7:00 P.M.  All members of St. Paul are invited to join the Usher Ministry.

As it says in Psalm 84:10, our ushers would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of our God than dwell in the tents of wickedness.
